Honey glazes toasted barley with a nutty lift, while malted milk biscuits add comforting, bakery-soft warmth. A grain-forward, inviting bouquet that hints at sweetness and subtle complexity.

Palate

Fudge and sweet spices unfold on the palate, with honeyed lemon notes weaving through the sweetness. Silky malt and a warm, comforting finish evoke a festive Hot Toddy, leaving a gently lingering sweetness.

Finish

Dry, mellow and sweet, the finish lingers with malt and honey, a warm, honeyed fade that slowly tapers to a soft grain sweetness.
