"At this price, it’s simply one of the biggest bangs for your buck that you’ll find in American whiskey. Aside from the ridiculously low price, we really love the way that Evan Williams Single Barrel manages to deliver bold flavors without losing its balance. Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage has finesse, elegance and precision that you just don’t find with other whiskeys in this class. Put simply, this is great whiskey being sold at a fraction of the price that almost any other company would sell it at."

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold edges and a honey-bronze glow; warm, sunlit caramel.
Nose
Opulent nose of caramelized toffee and buttery popcorn, bright orange fondant and honeycomb. Toasted vanilla weaves with subtle dark chocolate, while a kiss of spice and delicate oak frames the aroma, revealing depth and refined balance from nearly a decade in the barrel.
Palate
On the palate, medium-bodied and creamy, with a luxurious balance of rich toffee and toasted vanilla, offset by buttery popcorn and orange fondant sweetness. Honeycomb and milk chocolate add depth, while subtle spice—cinnamon and clove—lingers into a warm, moreish finish. Not overly sweet, the bourbon remains elegant and balanced, finishing with a gentle peppery bite and lasting warmth.
Finish
Long, warm finish with a clean, spicy bite. Rich toffee and toasted vanilla linger alongside honeycomb and orange fondant, while hints of minty chocolate fade into subtle oak—balanced, not overly sweet, and surprisingly moreish.
