Soft, approachable mid-palate with honeyed malt, vanilla, and subtle toffee. Apple and pear fruit weave with a whisper of raisin and sherry, while gentle spice and toasted oak add warmth. Creamy texture gives a smooth, balanced mouthfeel, finishing with citrus zest and almond.
Finish
Silky and persistent, the finish weaves sweet sherry fruit with toasted oak, then opens into spice and a whisper of cocoa. Raisin and orange zest linger, fading to a warm, cedar-soft glow.
