Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich golden amber with a coppery glow.
Nose
Delicate, sherried nose of orchard fruit, honey and vanilla, evolving into rich dried fig and raisin with toffee sweetness. Subtle almond, orange zest and a touch of oak rise from the glass, while gentle spice—nutmeg and cinnamon—lingers to finish this warm, inviting bouquet.
Palate
Silky and light on the palate, it unfurls fresh orchard fruit—apple and pear—layered with vanilla, honey and soft malt. Subtle oak brings spice and a faint almond note, guiding a smooth finish of toffee, warmth, and a whisper of dried fruit.
Finish
Long, warm finish with rich sherry-driven fruit, dark chocolate and raisin notes, threaded by toasted oak and a kiss of spice that lingers gracefully.
