Sherry-kissed and opulent, with dark fruit, fig, and cocoa, folded with toasted almond. Orange zest and cinnamon accents mingle with a warm malt backbone, delivering a refined, dessert-like aroma rich in age and cask influence.
Palate
Silky and medium-bodied, this Dufftown from the Connoisseurs Choice batch delivers raisin and fig sweetness, layered with orange zest, roasted almond and dark chocolate. Sherried spice—cinnamon and clove—warms the mid-palate, while oak lends structure. An oily gloss coats the tongue, guiding a long, balanced finish of fruit, nuttiness and a hint of cocoa.
Finish
Long, warming finish with dark dried fruit, cocoa and orange zest, carried by a refined sherry glow. Soft oak and gentle spice weave through, leaving velvet warmth that lingers.
