Colour

Gleaming golden amber with warm copper undertones.

Nose

Polished sherry and dried fig mingle with apricot, toasted almond and vanilla, lifted by orange zest. Rich toffee and caramel drift through gentle oak, with a whisper of cinnamon—an inviting, velvety aroma that hints at fruitcake and refined spice.

Palate

Silky and velvety on the palate, this Dimple delivers orchard fruit and creamy vanilla entwined with rich toffee. Sherry warmth threads through dried fruit, walnut and gentle spice, balanced by soft oak. A smooth, medium-bodied profile that finishes warm with a lingering sweetness and a touch of leather.

Finish

Silky and persistent, the finish unfolds with sherried fruit, caramel and toasted almond, a whisper of orange zest, and gentle spice that lingers over warm oak and a hint of cocoa.
