Tasting Notes

Nose

Sherry-drenched aroma of dried plum, fig and raisin, touched by orange zest, toffee and cocoa. Vanilla whispers through toasted oak, spice and almond, with a final hint of leather—a poised, inviting nose for a refined 15-year-old.

Palate

Silky, mouth-coating and elegantly rich. Toffee and honey frame dried fruits—raisins and fig—with almond and vanilla notes. Subtle sherry influence adds depth, while oak spice—cinnamon and clove—lingers into a warm, lasting finish.

Finish

Long, velvety finish with refined sherry sweetness, dried fig and raisin, and toasted oak. Spices emerge gently, leather and cocoa notes subtle on the tail, leaving a warm, lingering glow.
