Tasting Notes
Colour
A rich copper-amber hue with mahogany depth and bronze highlights, a warm, sherry-kissed glow that catches the light.
Nose
Sherry-sweet warmth envelops the malt, with plush raisin and fig echoing through vanilla, toffee, and orange zest. Subtle almond and spice lift the oak-lined nose, revealing a creamy, honeyed malt beneath.
Palate
Creamy, malt-forward palate with honeyed sweetness and toffee enveloping soft vanilla. Sherry influence delivers raisin, fig and a kiss of orange zest, all wrapped in smooth oak. Mid-weight and elegant, it reveals cocoa, nutmeg and gentle spice, concluding with a warm, enduring malt finish and a touch of inviting dryness.
Finish
Long, sherried finish that lingers with warm sweetness and toasted oak. Dried fruits like raisin and fig mingle with a hint of orange peel, eased by soft spice and a velvety caramel fade. The 40% ABV keeps the finish refined and inviting another sip.
