Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden with honeyed amber and a warm copper glow.
Nose
Soft, honeyed notes lead to delicate orchard fruit and citrus zest, with toasty almond and vanilla over a layer of rich sherry sweetness. Raisin, fig and a whisper of cocoa emerge, mingling with warm spice and a hint of toasted oak. A refined Highland aroma—bright, inviting and poised with quiet depth.
Palate
Silky and velvety on the palate, with a honeyed, creamy entry. Rich notes of toffee, marzipan and almond weave with orange zest and orchard fruit. The sherry influence adds dried raisin and fig, a cocoa and nutty depth, and a whisper of spice. A well-balanced, lingering finish of gentle sweetness, warmth, and refined oak.
Finish
Silky and persistent, the finish pours warm honey and rich sherry, with dried fruit and almond lingering. Orange zest and toffee bloom lightly, while delicate spice threads weave through polished oak, closing with a long, marzipan-kissed fade that stays refined and true to its elegant origin.
