Tasting Notes

Nose

An opulent PX-drenched bouquet: ripe raisins, dates and figs rise with caramel, treacle and brown sugar. Orange zest and warming spices shimmer through vanilla, while polished oak and a hint of leather provide ballast. The sherry fruit luxuriates into a syrupy core, finishing long and refined with a subtle nutty note.
