Colour
Golden amber with sunlit honey hues.
Nose
Delicate, sun-warmed orchard fruits rise with soft barley and malt, braided with vanilla and citrus zest. A refined sweetness hints at honey and dried fruit, while gentle oak lends structure—an elegant, evolving nose that invites the sip.
Palate
Silky and medium-bodied, the palate unfolds with mellow dried fruit and warm toffee, then velvet fig and raisin, touched by orange zest, walnut and dark chocolate. A soft sherry sweetness emerges, carried by gentle oak and a subtle spice of cinnamon and clove, finishing long and refined with a whisper of tobacco and a lingering, elegant sweetness.
Finish
Long, refined finish with plush dried fruit and nutty sherry sweetness. Toffee and orange zest unfold, then toasted oak and gentle spice, fading to cocoa and a warm, lingering glow.
