Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with a warm, honeyed glow and a touch of coppery depth.
Nose
Sherry-touched and richly inviting, this nose layers ripe dried fruits—fig and raisin—with orange zest and vanilla over Cragganmore’s malty sweetness. Toasted almond, a hint of cocoa, and gentle spice meet warm oak, delivering an elegant, lingering aroma.
Palate
Silky and refined, this 14-year-old offers a sherried sweetness layered over honeyed malt. Velvet folds of fig, raisin and ripe apple mingle with toffee, dark chocolate and almond, guided by gentle spice and oak. The palate unfolds in a warm, persistent finish that whispers of velvety fruit and refined malt.
Finish
Long, refined finish with sherry-cask depth. Dried fig and orange zest unfold into toasted oak, toffee and spice, a velvety, nutty echo that lingers softly as the warmth gradually fades.
