A luxurious, sherried aroma of dark fruits—raisin, fig and touches of date—woven with orange zest, toffee and cocoa. Spiced by nutmeg and clove, it sits over polished oak with a whisper of almond, yielding an elegant, velvety depth.
Palate
Silky and velvety on the palate, Convalmore delivers a warm sherried sweetness of dried fig and raisin, with dark chocolate, caramel and toasted almond. Orange zest and spice emerge, while oak adds gentle tannins, leading to a long honeyed vanilla finish with a whisper of smoke.
Finish
Long and quiet, the finish carries a warm wave of dried fruit—fig and date—under sherry sweetness. Spices, cocoa nibs, and a hint of oak drift in, leaving a refined, lingering warmth that coats the palate.
