On the palate, coastal peat lies with brisk iodine and a silky, oily mouthfeel. Smoke drifts over brine as dark fruit from the sherry cask emerges—orange zest, raisin, and a hint of bitter chocolate. Vanilla sweetness and peppery spice weave into a long, saline finish, lingering with ember-tinged peat.

Finish

Long, coastal finish of peat smoke and sea-salt, with iodine and ash dimming into the background. Subtle vanilla and almond notes emerge briefly, then the warmth of oak lingers, carrying a refined, mineral sweetness that slowly fades to a dry, maritime finish.
