Palate
Peaty and maritime, the palate unfolds with gentle smoke and iodine, brightened by citrus zest and sea salt. Sweet barley mingles with vanilla and subtle medicinal notes, all carried on a light, saline finish with mineral clarity.
Finish
Long, cool peat smoke lingers, threaded with brine and iodine. Maritime sweetness softens the edge as mineral dryness dries the palate, leaving a refined, resinous aftertaste that echoes with a gentle, smoky finish.
