Peat-smoked with a briny sea-air core, iodine, salt spray and mineral notes mingle with subtle medicinal undertones. Lemon zest and creamy vanilla drift through the aroma, supported by light oak spice, creating a fresh, maritime fragrance that hints at Islay’s coastal smoke.
Palate
Bright peat smoke envelopes the palate with marine iodine and sea-salt, lifted by citrus zest and a whisper of vanilla. A buoyant, mineral backbone carries subtle malt sweetness, finishing clean, lightly drying, and evocatively smoky.
Finish
Long maritime peat lingers, with sea spray and ash giving way to sherry-sweet dried fruit, cocoa, and almond. The finish fades to gentle oak, leaving a balanced, warming echo with maritime finesse.
