Colour

Copper-amber with warm reddish-gold highlights.

Nose

Warm vanilla and toasted oak form a refined base, lifting honeyed grain and orchard fruit. Bright citrus zest and creamy caramel mingle with a whisper of spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—finishing in a velvety, malt-forward aroma with subtle bourbon-cask sweetness.

Palate

Silky and round, this blends creamy vanilla and toffee with light caramel and oak. Orchard fruit hints mingle with gentle spice, carried by a smooth, velvety mouthfeel. A warm, clean finish leaves a soft honeyed sweetness and understated bourbon-tinged depth.

Finish

Long, velvety finish with vanilla and caramel evolving into toasted oak and gentle spice. A creamy grain echo lingers, delivering warmth and a smooth, rounded fade.

Bushmills
Bushmills traces its whiskey heritage to 1608, when King James I granted Sir Thomas Phillips a licence to distil in County Antrim. The Old Bushmills Distillery was formally registered in 1784 by Hugh Anderson, making it one of the most historic names in Irish whiskey. Production is centred in the village of Bushmills, close to the River Bush, with the distillery long associated with triple-distilled Irish whiskey made from malted barley.
