This Gift Pack contains 2 x 35cl bottles, of the Bushmills Original and Bushmills Black Bush along with two cocktail recipes: Bushmills Black Fashioned and Bushmills Apple Bush.
Bushmills Original Whiskey is a blend of more than 50% malt whiskey blended with grain whiskey that has matured for up to five years in oak barrels. It is a triple distilled and complex whiskey with rich notes of fruit, honey and vanilla.
Black Bush is a luxurious and full-bodied blend. It is composed of 80% Single Malt aged 7 to 9 years of its distillery and aged mainly in Spanish oak barrels that contained Oloroso Jerez but also in American Bourbon casks.

Colour
Pale gold for the Original and deep amber-copper for Black Bush.
Nose
Apple and pear fruit, honeyed sweetness and vanilla mingle with subtle malt and oak from the Original, while Black Bush contributes richer notes of Spanish sherry, dark raisins, fig, cocoa and toasty oak. The bouquet is warm, elegant and inviting, a balanced dance of bright fruit and luxury sweetness.
Palate
On the palate, Original unfurls orchard fruit, honey and vanilla with a light malty backbone. Black Bush arrives fuller and velvet, delivering dark fruit, cocoa and spice, seasoned by Spanish Oloroso and Bourbon casks, finishing long with vanilla and toffee. Together they present a graceful contrast—bright, fruit-forward notes alongside deep, rich, sherried depth—polished and balanced.
Finish
An elegant, lingering finish opening with honeyed vanilla and orchard fruit, evolving into a refined echo of oak, cacao and sherry-spun warmth. Silky and balanced, it coats the palate with a long, comforting spice that invites the next sip.
