Bushmills 15 Year Old is a bold yet elegant single malt, triple distilled and matured in first and second-fill bourbon barrels, then finished in rare cognac casks for up to 12 months. This unique aging process brings rich layers of caramelised pear, apricot, and tropical fruits, balanced by warm vanilla, soft spice, and toasted oak. Hints of cinnamon, milk chocolate almonds, and delicate floral notes add complexity, while the cognac influence deepens the whiskey’s smooth, fruity character. A refined expression of Bushmills’ signature style, it offers a long, crisp finish with lingering sweetness and subtle wood tones.

Bushmills traces its whiskey heritage to 1608, when King James I granted Sir Thomas Phillips a licence to distil in County Antrim. The Old Bushmills Distillery was formally registered in 1784 by Hugh Anderson, making it one of the most historic names in Irish whiskey. Production is centred in the village of Bushmills, close to the River Bush, with the distillery long associated with triple-distilled Irish whiskey made from malted barley.
