A single cask independent bottle Bunnahabhain release from a relatively new company based in Glasgow.
Just 274 bottles released from a Bourbon Hogshead from a 1990 distillation and bottled at natural cask strength of 51.5% and natural colour and non chill filtered.
A firm and dry Bunnahabhain with a well balanced mix of coastal notes,waxy fruit, spicy oak and herbal/grassy barley flavours.Complex and quite youthfull for its 26 years in that single cask.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with a warm honey glow and coppery edges.
Nose
Waxy lemon and quince rise from the glass, with softer melon beneath. Gentle coastal hints—salty and briny with a ginger lift—thread through, while lime curd, fresh garden herbs and a whisper of vanilla toffee complete this vivid, maritime nose.
Palate
Herbal, grassy barley delivers lime, ginger and melon, with waxy lemon, quince, almond and nougat. Oily and firm, the palate remains dry, edged by peppery oak and a coastal, saline lift that softly lingers.
Finish
Ginger spice dries into salted, briny almond with lime and herbal hints. A pulse of barley and white pepper lingers, complemented by coconut-tinged oak for a crisp, coastal finish.
