Nose
Fruity on the nose with a Manzanilla sherry lift. Warm, buttered popcorn and honeyed ham give way to orange zest, caramel, toffee and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Palate
Slightly oily on the palate, it coats the tongue with a gentle citrus-inflected sweetness and a caramel-toffee richness, subtly balanced by a warming spice.
Finish
Short, spicy and salty, the finish carries raisin, chocolate and a hint of leather.
