A lighter style of Islay in terms of very little peat influence and more of a coastal style here and bottled at 56% ABV.

Colour
Pale gold with a sunlit straw glow.
Nose
Coastal breeze with sea-salt and a whisper of brine, mingling with creamy vanilla and toffee. Green apple and pear lift the nose, brightened by lemon zest. Almond and light oak provide quiet structure, while a restrained sherry-tinged sweetness lingers, finishing with subtle depth and a polished, coastal edge.
Palate
Silky coastal profile with gentle maritime brightness. Vanilla, honeyed barley and green apple mingle, supported by subtle almond and toffee over refined oak. The 56% ABV lends a mouth-coating warmth and a peppery, lingering finish, framed by sea-salt and mineral brine and a final whisper of citrus zest.
Finish
Long coastal finish with quiet maritime saltiness, fading into creamy vanilla and faint cocoa. Gentle oak spice lingers, buoyed by the warmth of 56% ABV, tapering to a clean malt echo.
