Glen Moray has built its reputation on an approachable, fruit-led Speyside style, but cask exploration has also been part of the distillery’s story for a long time. Its earliest spirit was filled into a wider range of casks than was common at the time, including Marsala and sherry casks, and that interest in wood influence reappeared in 1999 with its first modern wood-finished whiskies. Today the range still reflects that character, combining a soft, easy-drinking house style with a long-standing interest in different cask types and finishes.
