Bowmore is the oldest and original Islay distillery and depicted on the label here with a continuing narrative from Batch 1 onwards of the lifeguard from the swimming pool next door to the distillery chasing a naughty youngster that seems to have run away with some poor woman's bra!

Colour

Deep amber with coppery highlights and mahogany undertones.

Nose

Salty sea air mingles with orange blossom, while gentle honey notes begin to unfold.

Palate

On the palate, cedar and smoky oak unfold a resinous, maritime core, subtly offset by a gentle sweetness. A spark of fiery cinnamon rises mid‑palate, warming the mouth before a long, smoky finish.

Finish

Long maritime finish with sea-salt smoke lingering, followed by dark chocolate bitterness and salted caramel, then cedar and cinnamon warmth tapering to a soft, ember-dusted fade.
