Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold glints and a honey-bronze sheen.
Nose
Apricot and honey rise from the glass, paired with salted caramel and a ginger spark. Heather-infused vanilla fudge threads a soft, floral cream through the aroma, finished by a waxy coastal warmth.
Palate
Oily delivery with tangy lime, salted peaches in caramel, a touch of chilli flake heat, apricot glaze and a touch of coastal peat smoke.
Finish
Mandarin and heather honey linger, with salted toffee and an oily citrus sheen. A zingy, spicy white pepper threads through the peat smoke, leaving a bright, coastal finish that persists.
