Tasting Notes

Colour

Rich amber-gold with coppery highlights and a warm mahogany glow.

Nose

Vanilla and caramel form a warm core, lifted by bright red berries and a hint of marzipan. The nose is soft and dessert-like, with creamy almond brightness that nods to the sherry finish.

Palate

Ripe pear and lemon juice burst across the palate, folded with cinnamon warmth and toasted almonds; a subtle sherry sweetness threads through, leaving a nutty, lightly spicy finish.

Finish

Long, warming finish lingers with spice, cinnamon and toasted almond notes, a touch of sherry sweetness, while soft vanilla fades into oak.
