Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with burnished copper highlights and a honey-gold glow.

Nose

Peat smoke and sea-salt lead the nose, with bright citrus zest and toasted barley following closely. Subtle sherry notes lend dried fruit, cocoa and vanilla, while a whisper of iodine and caramel glides over polished oak.

Palate

On the palate, a satin wave of peat and sea-salt caramel meets bright citrus zest and vanilla, with toasted oak lending structure. Sherry-cask warmth adds dried-fruit sweetness and a whisper of almond, while coastal minerals and smoke linger into a long, refined finish.

Finish

Long, coastal peat fades into sea-salt and citrus zest, carried by creamy vanilla and amber toffee. The smoke lingers gracefully, leaving a refined maritime sweetness that invites the next sip.
