Coastal peat and sea-salt aromas mingle with bright citrus and vanilla, lifting a kiss of cocoa and toasted almond. Hints of oak and soft sherry sweetness weave through smoky, refined depth.
Palate
Silky peat and sea-salt greet the palate, with lemon zest and honeyed vanilla brightening the core. Nutty oak and dried fruit offer depth, while a gentle coastal smoke persists, finishing long and maritime with a whisper of sweetness.
Finish
Long maritime finish: peat smoke and sea salt linger, while toffee and vanilla modulate the heat. Dried fruit and light oak emerge, ending in a warm, resinous smoke that gradually fades to a soft, enduring echo.
