Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden amber with warm honey hues and a sunlit copper glow.

Nose

Delicate coastal peat smoke mingles with sea-salt brine; lemon zest, vanilla, and toasted almond rise from the glass. Sherry-influenced sweetness hints at dried fig and toffee, while a creamy oak backbone lends polish to the bouquet.

Palate

Silky, medium-bodied on the palate, with a gentle toffee sweetness and dried fig that mingle with soft sherry. Subtle peat smoke layers in, pairing with orange zest and dark chocolate, while a pinch of sea-salt and almond buoy the finish with maritime ease.

Finish

Long, coastal finish with subtle peat and sea-salt, slowly melting into dark toffee, raisin, and a whisper of spice that lingers.
