A long, indulgent finish where rich smoke entwines with sweet sherry, leaving salted caramel, gingercake and tarry leather lingering. Orange rind peels through, with earthy anise and charred peppers over peat, a chewy, dark Bowmore that balances sherry and smoke to dramatic effect.
