Palate

Silky and medium-full, the palate reveals refined peat and sea-salt smoke, tempered by sherry-cask sweetness. Dried fig, raisin, and cocoa mingle with vanilla and honeyed citrus, while a cushioned mouthfeel carries lingering spice into a long finish of ember, salted caramel, and coastal brine.
