Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep golden amber with coppery highlights and a warm, sunset-hued depth.

Nose

Bright peat smoke rises with sea breeze and lemon zest, while vanilla-softened oak lends warmth. A delicate whisper of iodine and coastal salt lingers, leaving a clean, maritime finish.

Palate

Silky, medium-bodied with honeyed citrus, vanilla and a gentle peat smoke. Apple and lemon zest mingle with subtle maritime salt as spices weave through. The oak delivers warmth, while a whisper of ash threads through the long, balanced finish, leaving sweet-salt and smoke lingering gracefully.

Finish

Long, elegantly peated, the finish unfolds with coastal smoke and citrus zest, tapering into vanilla-infused oak. A whisper of sea salt lingers as the peat recedes to a mellow sweetness, leaving a dry, lightly smoky ember that invites the next sip.
