Colour

Nose

Charred coastal smoke rises with sea breeze as Bowmore’s peat threads through a lush sherry-dark sweetness. Rich fig and raisin mingle with cocoa, dried cherry and toffee, while almond and cinnamon spice echo from the oak. A briny salted-caramel undertone lingers, inviting the senses at first inhale.

Palate

Full-bodied and warming, the palate opens with coastal smoke and gentle peat, deepened by sherry sweetness. Dried fig and raisin rise with dark chocolate, espresso and caramelized oak, carried on a briny, mineral backbone. At cask strength, the finish is long and smoky, with fruit-dark richness and a lingering cocoa-spice warmth.

Finish

Long, warming finish where Bowmore's coastal peat lingers beside a voluptuous sherry sweetness. Dried cherry and fig notes meld with dark cocoa and spice, threads of salted caramel, then a final wisp of smoke and oak that extends softly on the palate.
