Another lovely single cask Bowmore from Ian Macleod distillers. Matured in a single Hogshead for 14 years, this is salty, blossomed and full of orchard fruits on the nose. The palate is smokey and coastal with light fruity notes. The finish has a touch of vanilla and cocoa sweetness to it.

Finish

Vanilla and cocoa sweetness linger, wrapped in a gentle Bowmore smoke. A coastal warmth remains, fading into a refined, cocoa-tinted finish that softly echoes sea-breeze.
