Colour

Deep amber with a coppery glow and honey-gold highlights.

Nose

Coastal peat and sun-warmed vanilla rise in a fragrant plume, tempered by lemon zest and sea-salt. Bourbon cask maturation pours caramel, toffee and creamy oak, while Bowmore’s gentle smoke shimmers in the background. Dried fruit and spice weave through the complexity of a bold, cask-strength bouquet.

Palate

Powerful yet refined, this Islay beauty pours peat smoke over creamy vanilla and toffee from bourbon casks. Rich citrus zest, sea salt, and toasted oak intertwine with peppery spice, delivering a long, resinous finish of smoke, char and coastal depth.

Finish

Long, coastal finish where peat fades into Bourbon-vanilla, caramel and toasted oak, with a kiss of sea salt and gentle spice, ending in a creamy, lingering sweetness.
