Palate

On the palate, maritime smoke cloaks a velvety sherried sweetness. Briny peat threads through dark chocolate, dried fig and espresso, with orange zest and red apple providing a citrus lift. Oak spices emerge in a long, warming finish, hinting at almond, cocoa and subtle rye, finishing with elegant balance and refined persistence.
