Colour
Deep amber with warm coppery highlights and a touch of mahogany.

Opulent sherried aroma of dark plum, fig and raisin with orange zest and apricot. Layered with honey, toffee, cocoa and warm spice, it unfolds into toasted oak and a velvety, inviting bouquet.
Palate
Opulent and velvety, the palate delivers lush dried fruits and toffee, with orange zest and almond. Sherry-cask depth brings dark chocolate and plum, while cinnamon and clove spice ride over a sturdy oak backbone. Full, lingering, and warming, with a silky, enduring finish.
Finish
Long and elegant, it coats the palate with rich sherry sweetness—dark fig, raisin and cocoa, brightened by orange zest. Subtle oak, toasted almond and gentle spice weave through a warm, honeyed glow that lingers long after the sip, finishing with soft malty echoes.
