This is a lovely example of this great Lowland distillery displaying all Bladnoch's trademark buttery/citrusy notes with beautiful layer of waxiness and green fruit underneath.

Butter-soft citrus on the nose—lemon and orange zest—layered with a waxy, beeswax sheen. Beneath, crisp green fruit—green apple and pear—brightens the profile with a fresh, succulent lift characteristic of Bladnoch.
Palate
Silky, butter-forward on entry, citrus zest brightening the mid-palate. A waxy, mouth-coating texture evolves to reveal green fruit—crisp green apple and pear—wrapped in subtle oak. Clean, refined finish with a gentle, warming linger.
Finish
Long, refined finish of buttery citrus with a waxy sheen that coats the palate. Green apple and pear persist, slowly yielding to a gentle sherry warmth and a creamy, lingering fade.
