Colour

Nose

Rich sherry perfume with dark cherry, dried plum and fig, layered with orange zest and toffee. Notes of walnut, cocoa nibs, vanilla and toasted oak mingle with spice—cinnamon and clove—while a whisper of tobacco and leather adds depth, culminating in an elegant, cellar-warm finish.

Palate

Silky, full-bodied palate shaped by sherry influence: dark fig and raisin fruit with orange zest notes, cacao, toasted almond and espresso. Warming spices—cinnamon and clove—lock in the structure, while polished oak adds elegance to a long, concentrated mouthfeel at 51.5% ABV.

Finish

Long and opulent, the finish carries sherry into the final sip—dried fruits, fig and raisin, with dark chocolate and a kiss of spice. Toasted oak envelopes the palate as a velvety, resinous fade lingers, warming the senses well after the last drop.
