Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a ruby-tinted glow, wine-warm and mahogany-tinged in the glass.
Nose
Dark fruits, red apple and vanilla’d oak weave into a ripe, inviting aroma, hints of orchard sweetness and warm wood spice.
Palate
Dried cherries, peat smoke and an oceanic saltiness.
Finish
A long, lingering finish of red currant jus, smoked meats and peppered spiciness.
