Tasting Notes
Nose
Christmas ham with dark treacle toffee, clove, honey, mixed peel, dried fruits, sweet & savoury smoke, leather, polished oak, earthy forest floor ripe plums.
Palate
Thick cut dark marmalade, bovril heated up over a bonfire, peppery oak, truffles, smoked mushroom, treacle toffee.
Finish
Long and mouthfilling with peppery mocha, forest floor fruit with distant smoke, blood orange and dark honey glazed ham.
