Nose

Opulent sherry opens with dark fruit—raisin, fig, prune and cherry—brightened by orange zest. Rich notes of toffee, treacle, cocoa and toasted almond intertwine with warm spices (cinnamon, clove, nutmeg) and polished oak. At 55.2% ABV the aroma is bold, lush and long, a festive, velvet curtain of fragrance.

Palate

Silky and opulent, the palate unfurls sherry-soaked fruit—fig, raisin, prune—intertwined with toffee, orange zest, and dark chocolate. Praline sweetness rises beside a kiss of coffee, while cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg weave through the mid-palate. Velvety texture, polished oak, and a long, warming finish with cedar, burnt sugar, and a lingering note of dried fruit.

Finish

Long, velvety finish steeped in sherry sweetness, with red fruit, fig and raisin lingering beside cocoa and toasted oak. Vanilla folds into leather and spice as a whisper of smoke threads through. Warmth persists, tapering to a refined, mouth-coating finale.
