Nose

Toasted oak, cocoa and a hint of orange zest unfold, while spice—cinnamon and clove—adds warmth. A whisper of leather and espresso hints at cask strength depth and the long, elegant finish to come.

Palate

On the palate, a bold, full-bodied wave of dark fruit and sherry sweetness. Raisin, fig and cocoa mingle with coffee undertones, while toasted oak and spice—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg—add structure. The texture is velvety and syrupy, warming at 54% ABV with a long, indulgent finish of cacao and leather.

Finish

Very long, refined finish with sherry-driven sweetness lingering over dried fig and raisin, echoing cocoa and espresso. Toasted oak and gentle spice carry the warmth, fading into a silky, resinous note that remains polished and persistent on the palate.
