Colour

Deep amber with coppery sheen and mahogany depth, a warm chestnut-gold glow.

Nose

Opulent sherried perfume of prunes and dark raisins, tempered by melted toffee and cacao nibs. Rich toasted oak and cedar anchor hints of leather, vanilla and orange zest. Spices bloom—cinnamon and clove—while a trace of burnt sugar and tobacco completes a bold, refined, long-aged Highland aroma.

Palate

On the palate, a velvety, full-bodied parade of dark fruit and sherry richness: prune, fig and raisin mingle with orange marmalade, cocoa and toffee. A vein of spice—clove, cinnamon, nutmeg—threads through toasted oak, lending warmth without harshness. The finish is long and refined, with cacao, leather and a gentle, lingering sweetness.

Finish

An elegant, long finish coats the palate with refined warmth. Dried fig and raisin merge with cocoa and sherried oak, while orange zest and subtle nuttiness trail, fading to a polished, lingering sweetness.
