On the palate, sherry-cask sweetness delivers raisins and fig, mingling with vanilla and cocoa. A measured peat smoke adds a savory edge, with gentle spice carrying through to a long, balanced finish.
Finish
Elegant, long finish built on sherry richness, with raisin and fig notes lingering as the fruit broadens. A thread of peat smoke and spice weaves through the palate, then fades to toasted oak and warm, refined dryness, leaving a lasting, fruit-driven afterglow.
