Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with a warm copper glow and hints of mahogany at the rim.
Nose
Sherried richness rises in the glass: ripe red fruits, dried cherries and figs, touched with caramel, vanilla and orange zest. Toasted almond and walnut mingle with velvet oak, while cinnamon and clove lend a festive, warm spice.
Palate
Silky and balanced, the palate delivers dark fruit depth—plum, fig and raisin—paired with subtle cocoa and toasted almond. Sherry influence brings a warm sweetness, spiced with nutmeg, while soft oak and caramel knit a smooth, lingering finish.
Finish
Long, warm and refined, with sherry-influenced fruit and spice lingering on the palate. Dried fig and orange zest unfold into cocoa nib and toasted almond, fading to polished oak and a gentle, lingering sweetness that keeps its elegant balance.
