Warm malt and vanilla open the bouquet, with hints of ripe orchard fruit and honey. Sherry-tinged sweetness deepens into raisin and fig, while cocoa, toasted oak, and a gentle spice linger.
Palate
Silky and inviting, the palate unfolds with orchard fruit, dried apricot and a whisper of vanilla. A sherry-tinged sweetness deepens into toasted almond, cocoa nib and orange zest, while delicate spice and balsamic notes braid through the mid-palate. Subtle oak provides structure, leading to a warm, lingering finish of polished malt and gentle fruit.
Finish
An elegant, lingering finish: warm and sherried, with dark fruit, fig and raisin, threaded by toasted oak and a whisper of spice. The malt dries to a subtle, cocoa-tinged sweetness, leaving a refined, lasting echo of caramel and almond that invites another sip.
