Tasting Notes
Colour
Bright golden straw with warm honey hues and a hint of amber.
Nose
Bananas and marzipan rise, with vanilla and toffee close behind, and a curious hint of cashew nuts. A creamy, tropical warmth sits beneath, inviting a soft, indulgent aroma.
Palate
Honey and vanilla form a sweet, creamy core, intertwined with sugared almonds, stewed raisins and caramelised Demerara sugar. It grows very spicy toward the back—allspice, cloves and pepper—with a zingy, lasting warmth.
Finish
Zingy and seriously spicy, the finish lingers with peppery heat—allspice, cloves and pepper riding the palate to a long, warming finale.
