Colour Yellow gold.
Nose Bananas and marzipan. Vanilla and toffee, with an intriguing hint of cashew nuts.
Taste Honey and vanilla. Sugared almonds, stewed raisins and caramelised Demerara sugar. Very spicy, especially at the back - allspice, cloves and pepper.
Finish Zingy, and spicy… seriously spicy.
