This 26 year old Auchentoshan was bottled in 2020 after finishing in a small Oloroso sherry cask. Bottled at 40.2% ABV, the release was limited to 242 bottles.
The sherry cask finish adds layers of dried fruit sweetness, spice and oak richness, complementing Auchentoshan’s typically light, smooth and citrus-led Lowland character while adding depth and warmth developed through long maturation.

Elegant nose of dried figs and raisins braided with warm spice and rich oak. Oloroso sherry sweetness threads through citrus zest, with almond and vanilla lending subtle richness. A poised Lowland brightness surfaces, hinting at depth and quiet warmth from long maturation.

Silky, citrus-forward entry yields to opulent dried fruit—raisin, fig, prune—intertwined with ginger, cinnamon and clove, then a pronounced oak backbone. The Oloroso finish lends warmth and depth, delivering a velvety texture and a lingering nutty, cocoa-tinted fade.
