Nose
Sherry-drenched aromas rise in plush waves: dark raisin and fig mingle with cocoa, dried orange peel, and vanilla. Woven through are toasted almond, cinnamon, and a whisper of cocoa nib, all resting on warm oak and creamy malt—an inviting, luxurious bouquet that promises depth and sweetness.
Palate
Velvety, full-bodied palate with warm sherry influence. Dark fruit compote—fig, date, raisin—melts into toffee and cocoa. Subtle spice emerges: cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, lifted by orange zest. The 46% ABV supports a lingering, refined finish with quiet oak and renewed sweetness.
Finish
Long, velvety finish with sherry-dark fruit, cocoa and spice. Toasted almond and oak notes mingle as the warmth lingers, leaving a refined, nutty sweetness that softly fades to elegance.
